Delivery & return policy

Orders

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been accepted by Archiman. Archiman reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has already been in legal action with Archiman or if Archiman deems that the Customer is at risk of non-payment. Archiman therefore reserves the right to ask the Customer additional information if necessary, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the Customer does not respond within 5 days following the order, the order and the payment will be cancelled. Archiman is committed to honouring the orders received, subject to availability. 

Deliveries

Shipments within the European Union + French Overseas Departments and Territories + Switzerland + Norway - In Euros

For all orders made before 12:00 PM, they will be shipped on the same day, except for orders made on Saturday and Sunday that will be shipped on the following Monday. For orders made on public holidays, they will be shipped on the following business day. 

Continental France (including Corsica) and Monaco — Chronopost

Shipments to USA, Canada and the rest of the world - In USD

For orders made on public holidays, they will be shipped on the following business day. International shipments will be made by Chronopost. Shipping costs and time periods will vary according to the destination. 

USA & Canada — Chronopost

Rest of the world — Chronopost

  • Delivery time after shipment: 2 to 5  business days

(Outside of the European Union, custom and importation taxes could be added to the price of our products and are to be paid by the Client. It is the Client responsibility to seek more information concerning the amount of tax to be paid from their local customs authority.)

Returns and refunds

Customers can ask for a refund of an item within 15 days starting from the date of the order. Returns within. The return of orders dispatched within Mainland France is free. The return of orders dispatched outside mainland France is the responsibility of the Customer.  The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

For customers in Mainland France :

To simplify the return process and be refunded promptly, register your request on our site, in my space  MY ACCOUNT/MY RETURNS. Print the return label which will be supplied, stick it on your parcel and take it to your post office.

For customers outside Mainland France:

The Customer should attach to the product being returned the order number of the product being returned, the name of the product(s) being returned, as well as a request for a refund. Here is the address for returns:

We advise you to choose transportation with a tracking number. Without this we cannot accept any claims. In order that your return can be made as swiftly as possible, we also advise you to send an email to contact@archiman.fr If the item is refused by Archiman, it will be returned to the Customer courtesy of Archiman, so that the Customer cannot demand any compensation. If the order was accompanied by a free gift offered with conditions – for example a free gift only offered with a minimum spend – if you return products and the remaining sum of your order no longer fulfils the conditions of the offer, you must return the free gift in order to be reimbursed.
